Purpose
The TESG School Improvement Team meets monthly to assess school needs, set school improvement goals, and monitor progress. This team generates the school’s School Improvement Plan and renews it each Fall.

Team Membership
The team consists of the administrative team, staff representatives chosen by their houses or working groups, and parent representatives. All members serve two-year terms.

The 2025-2026 SIT members are:

The SIT regular meetings are held first Mondays of the month.
